Policies

Cancellation Policy: Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the following fees will be incurred: 1st time- no charge; 2nd time- 50% of session fee; 3rd time- full session fee.

Lateness Policy: I request that you arrive early for your appointment, in order for me to uphold my professional standards of being on time. Clients arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled time and will be charged the full amount for the original service scheduled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.

Sickness Policy: I recognize that both massage therapist and client are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask that clients cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. Clients should reschedule your appointment if you have any contagious illnesses, including the common cold, and conditions such as diarrhea, vomiting, and fever.

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, I am a graduate of the Swedish Institute. I am a member of the national and New York chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association, as well as the American Holistic Health Association.
